Connectivity Requirements

To get the best performance from your hearing aids, it's important to follow below steps:

Keep mobile devices updated with the latest operating system

Check with your smartphone manufacturer to see if your device is eligible for updates

We're continuously testing different mobile devices and operating system updates.

If you don't see your device on the list, it might still work well with your hearing aids.

Bluetooth Low Energy Audio & Auracast

Bluetooth LE Audio is a new technology that makes listening to sound easier and better.

It uses less battery and works faster than the older Bluetooth

Auracast helps people to connect better to sound around them

You can check with your smartphone manufacturer to see if your device is supporting Bluetooth Low Energy Audio.
